Thank you for taking the time to discover the benefits of what our company has to offer. Through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, which is administered by the Missouri Housing Development Commision, we have developed, constructed, and managed over 200 single family homes in 9 towns throughout the state, and over 500 apartments.

The families who live in our subdivisions and apartments are proud to call them home, because they are attractive and well-built. This promotes a sense of achievement for all of the families who live in our homes.

With our program, families who are under the median income level can enjoy a charming home in which to raise their children. Because of this, families and communities are strengthened.
