Kodiak Resources, Inc. was established May, 1993 for the purpose of providing innovative, high-quality construction for all of the present and future community developments in association with New Beginnings Development, managed by Kodiak Property Management, Inc.
The Corporation is composed of a team of professionals including the president, controller, accounts receivable and payable specialists, and a construction foreman who are all committed to constructing durable, beautiful homes for families of 60% median income levels or lower. This team prides themselves on their eighteen properties in Missouri and Kansas. Included in these properties are over 200 single-family homes such as Chapel Estates in Carthage and Logan’s Run in Joplin, as well as subdivisions in Republic, Mexico, Knob Noster, Lebanon, Licking, Bolivar, and Mountain Grove. The 500+ multi-family apartments that are under the management of this team are in Branson, St. Louis, and Lawrence, Kansas. Before the company became involved in building Section 42 houses and apartments, they constructed a nursing home, restaurant, and market rate 
apartment complex.
Annually all project managers and involved office personnel are required to attend a nationally recognized Section 42 seminar or program. In addition we hold several interoffice meetings per year for additional education and training.
The Kodiak companies have assembled a great deal of experience and knowledge in working many Section 42 Housing Programs over the past thirteen years. We have made a concentrated recruiting effort to staff the company with quality individuals.
